How it all began, the story of WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Nickel Group 

 

The motivation to create WEICHERT, REALTORS^® - Nickel Group resulted from not being happy with the status quo and believing that local Realtors needed better options. The office choices available to agents, including poor commission splits, negative attitudes, lack of training, and technology, were clearly not meeting the demands of today's consumer.

Owner John Lawrence envisioned an ideal real estate office – one founded on the idea of first-class client care, excellent training, and technology - that was ready to meet the needs of clients and agents.

On December 1, 2006, WEICHERT, REALTORS^® - Nickel Group opened for business, and in May, 2007, the company officially unveiled its state-of-the-art real estate office, unlike any other. Both clients and agents will experience our difference from the moment they step in the door. WEICHERT, REALTORS^® - Nickel Group looks forward to becoming one of the premier real estate offices.
